**- Assisting with Amazon store management in all geographies
- Corresponding daily with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assisting with technical elements of business, providing accounting documentation, VAT reports, maintaining inventory, responding to customer enquiries, organizing photoshoots and etc.
- Working on Sales Sheet, Quotation, Sales Order, Purchase Request and Purchase Order
- Managing Inventory and Warehouse
- Coordinating with all office machines and functions
- Creating contents and Managing the Lazada online store & Shopee store to driving sales, increasing our foothold in the marketplace
- Preparing social media posts, promotional campaigns and other content activities
- Working with creative team to plan content and photographic design for each content
- Writing content in English and Thai for social media platforms and website
- Ensuring e-commerce channels are accurately updated and supporting online business growth
- Researching competitors & evaluating improvements in strategy and products
- Assisting Data Sales Information and Marketing Activities Analysis

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Marketing or E-commerce position
- Experiences in domestic e-commerce platform (i.e., Lazada & Shopee)
- Experience in international e-commerce platform (i.e., Amazon, Etsy, eBay)
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or others CMS platform
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and the Internet
- Diligence and details oriented
- Self-motivated, self-starter with good attitude
- Flexible, hardworking with a naturally service-minded personality
- Innovative and able to work under high pressure
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English
