Deputy Operations Manager

Monitoring of movement updated by vendors, error rectification, and updating movement for terminal discharge / loading, LT Creation and linking container correctly
- Monitoring of depot MNR activities, assisting them for repair approval and ensuring the AV containers available for export, depot checking / estimate checking etc.
- Ensuring container repair as per ZIM criteria
- Allocation of container to the customer in FIFO Basis etc.
- Coordinate with terminal / customer / port trust / Health officer / immigration / fire and safety officer for smoothing berthing / sailing of our own vessel in all the three terminal
- Preparation for booking forecast to the centre planner / coordinating with partners/ getting special permission from terminal as required for container gatein etc
- Feeder vessel:
- coordinating with feeder operator for securing space and other assistance as required
- DG approval for feeder operator
- Performing port operation in the system and closer of vessel voyage after updating correct details for error free PO
- Checking terminal invoice / transporter invoice / depot invoice and forwarding them to Accounting department with correct po details for processing
- Sending of weekly / monthly report related to operation department on time
**Requirements**:
- University Degree and at least 9-10 years of experience in the Liner industry.
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skill
- Positive attitude
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Fluent English, written and spoken
