Job Description:
Responsibility:

- Project management by working closely with customers and contractors on resolving problems at site so that the work is not hindered and can be completed on time.
- Manage customer requirement and provide professional customer service to establish good working relationship with the customers.
- Co-ordinate with team by liaising with them on matters relating to supply of products and specification modifications in order to work as a team and provide good customer service.
- Be able to develop the business in existing and new customers by creating programs/projects to meet Sale and Growth target.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Intensive background in Power Utility or Electrical engineer background at least 3 years
- Prefer work experience with MEA,PEA and electrical contractors
- Prioritize sale opportunities, interface with all levels at an account (business to business sales), own, and manage relationships
- Provide regular direction, communication and work collaboratively with other industrial market sales team members
- Representing 3M to the customer
- Comfort and proven ability to prospects for new accounts
- Energetic, working under higher pressure, self-motivation
- Able to drive and have own transportation
- Strong communication and computer skills with English skill
