- Are you a seasoned accountant with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for numbers? We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Accounts Receivable team on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting to the Director - Finance, you’ll play a key role in optimising financial processes, managing receivables, and ensuring smooth cash flow.

- Responsibilities include:

- Check and reconcile revenue transactions.
- Monitor the day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations and processes to ensure accounting accuracy and effective debt follow up.
- Responsible monthly closing of AR.
- Reconcile GL account codes related to Accounts Receivable, Output VAT, Withholding Tax from client.
- Coordinate with collection team and preparation of aging reports for management.
- Issuing intercompany and oversea invoices.
- Prepare monthly Output VAT report and Withholding Tax Report submission to Revenue Department.
- To be successful in the role, you should have:

- 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable accounting, with a strong understanding of AR processes and best practices.
- Proven experience handling all aspects of AR transactions and collections, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Solid knowledge of billing processes, VAT reporting, tax invoices, withholding tax, and debt collection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
