**Job Description**:
This job position is to report to a Culture Manager, you will assist with running onboarding, employee engagement and employer branding. Much of this will involve promoting AirAsia’s culture and its Allstar values. It will also cover themes such as cultural festivals, external recognition of AirAsia’s achievements and community programmes.
- Assist in organizing internal engagement events
- Design and post content for engagement events (write ups, posters and videos)
- Assist with monthly onboarding to be smooth and useful to all newcomers
- Initiate, create, and build up the strategic plan of the People & Culture campaigns, including related campaigns
- Study and analyze in order to come up with new ideas of communication through the People & Culture channels
- Start the idea of content and advertising through graphic design, artwork, and branding
- Being a main contact person to conduct pre, during and post-event follow up
- Following up on the feedback of the communication campaign or promotion through each channel
- Organize office tours for new hire/visitors
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study with related experience in working as a Culture Specialist, Culture Engagement, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in designing artwork/videos for Workplace content, including any initiatives to support and to enhance company’s culture
- Experience in conducting the events as an emcee of the event will be advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Well verse with Google Suite, Google Meet / Zoom and able to emcee/host events (when required)
- Good at copywriting and able to proceed multitask and work well under pressure and timeline
- Arrange for meetings, taking minutes of meetings, attending to internal and external correspondence as well as follow through on specific actions that need to be taken
