Job Description
- Client Engagement: to retain existing and expand new clients by putting client first
- Clients retention strategy: determine strategies to build relationships with clients such as lifestyle event for LTF clients and small engagement event on focus fund
- Cross-selling strategy: data analysis and mapping product recommendation in order to up-selling
- Engage and involve with distributors to expand opportunity such as product training, supporting material, live on social media with distributor
- Developing effective communication strategy to build brand trusted and thought leadership
- Create communication series: presentation, one page and special article and infographics
- Help contribute market Insight and investment outlook material: monthly product update on focus fund, quarterly Thai equity market house view from Thai Equity Team and quarterly Asset Allocation from Head of fixed income and asset allocation
- Competitive Insights to better understand the market and competitors and help accelerate Wholesale penetration
- Generate and summarize product comparison report /peer group/competitor comparison
- Estimated net fund flow to better identify the competitive position
- Tracking competitor IPO launched activity
- Engage with PVD Clients to providing basics of financial literacy
- Semi-annually performance update and Q&A newsletter for Ek-Chai
- Ad hoc communication
- Contribute content and sale materials to accelerate Wholesale penetration Direct sale and Freelance: fund launch and focus fund training, key selling points
