- 1. Manage and coordinate a network of subcontracted fleet operators (FM, FM IC, LHS), ensuring efficient and timely transportation of goods.
2. Develop and implement subcontractor performance metrics (FM, FM IC, LHS), monitoring compliance and driving continuous improvement.
3. Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements (FM, FM IC, LHS), ensuring competitive rates and favorable terms for the company.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (Site Management, LM operation) to align subcontractor resources with business needs and customer expectations.
5. Address and resolve any operational issues that arise, maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors to foster a positive working environment.
6. Analyze transportation data to identify trends, optimize routes, and reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
7. Ensure compliance with local and international transportation regulations, as well as Alibaba International's safety and sustainability standards.

**Job Requirements**
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, with a focus on subcontractor coordination in a global environment.
3. Strong understanding of transportation operations, cost control, and risk management in the context of subcontracted fleets.
4. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with subcontractors.
5. Fluent in English and at least one other language relevant to the company's operations.
6.Proficient in using transportation management systems and data analysis tools.
7. Ability to adapt to a VUCA environment, demonstrating resilience and strategic thinking in managing subcontractor relationships and operations.

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):

- Microsoft office (especially excel program advance level)
- Experience in eCom business or 3PL management
- Presentation skill
- Negotiation skill
- Freight cost set up and analysis.
