In a nutshell, the role is to provide full support in all matters leading the division. The Fleet division is one of the three core pillars of the business. It is imperative to the company’s success that the division performs with ever-improving operational efficiency and scalability, all in tandem to the company’s excellent track record, as well as forecasted exponential growth in the coming months.

**What you will do**:

- Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
- Compliance Inspection: using self-monitoring tools to analyze compliance of each Operations leg. based on both internal and external rules.
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and further streamline fleet operational processes.
- Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.
- Ensure that systems support for Operations ground staff (Fleet and Warehouse Middle Mile are readily available and resolved within SLA.
- Ensure that the team, as an interface between other departments and fleet ground staff, provide timely responses on parcel queries.
- Ensure all related reports and dashboard are completed on time and up-to-date as per requirement of Head Office and local authorities.
- Accomplishes team objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating team activities.
- Recruit, train, develop and supervise associate-level+ employees.

**What you will need**:

- 7 years above
- Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
- Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously
- Prior experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability in communicating with all level staff on complex matters
- Result Oriented
- Skill in establishing priorities and managing workload
