**Responsibilities:Marketing**
- General office duties.
- Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors on marketing activities.
- Collaborating with media designer and web designer on preparing, formatting and editing of company's brochures / pamphlets, presentation, company's website and any other social media.
- Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
- Maintaining, filing and archiving a marketing database.
- Analyzing questionnaires, prequalification, external audit and other forms feedback.
- Understanding company's business, capability, capacity, and performance.
- Giving presentations to visitors, guests, and clients.
- Organizing company's meeting.
- Any other marketing activities as assigned.

**Estimation**
- Receiving, managing and updating inquiries from clients.
- Corresponding with clients for any further details, if required.
- Take off materials from drawing, if required.
- Obtaining materials price for estimation.
- Preparing technical proposals.
- Organizing estimation meeting, as necessary.
- Submitting company's proposals to clients.
- Filling estimation documents.

**Contract**:

- Receiving, filling, distributing and managing for signing NTP, Contract or Purchase Order from clients.
- Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Assigning job number.
- Organizing KOM between management, marketing, and production team.

**Production**
- Coordinate with production for any meetings as assigned by management.
- Coordinate with production for any issues as assigned by management.
- Receive Service Request from Production, find proper sub-contractor, organize meetings between SO Committee and Production, and issue Service Order to subcontractors
