- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction:

- This is roles to manage & support for Centralize FM & LHS Network developments programs which will work closely among Operation, Centralize team (Route planning, Subcontractor management, Finance, Administration, Tech, Transport and Regional Team)**Responsibilities**:

- Be a team lead coordinator for Improvement and development within Centralize department (FM&LHS)
- Work closely with PMI team and able to highlighted the key improvement area with Operation team according to project assignments.
- Work closed with Subcontractor Management team for Fleet analysis, Revamp program and any further development & Improvement.
- Monitor and report the financial operation performance e.g., FM & LHS
- Coordinate & align between RO / Operation team for projects & product enhancements.

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

- Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain, MBA, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Analyst or other similar experience for 'Transport operation & Management' role.
- Experience the in areas such as business augmentation, problem-solving, or providing strategic solutions to business issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in eCom Transport business & 3PL operation development are highly preferred.
- Excellent in Excel.
- Good command in English & Presentation Skill.
- Be able to manage complexity and change in dynamic environment
- Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):

- Be able to use Power BI, SQL
- Experience with FM expansion program & subcontractor management
- Network optimization program.
