**Main Purpose**:
Newly created Business Development role within the Pepsi Lipton Joint venture that will lead the Away From Home & Growth Channels development in NASEA Region with the aim to unlock the massive RTD Tea growth opportunity
**Accountabilities**:
AFH Customer JBPs & Marketing: Lead AFH customer JBPs and marketing for QSR Accounts across Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam
New business customer pitching in Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea
New Powders business model: Lead business case development, pilot and commercialization for ‘scoop’ powders in Thailand & Philippines + explore for Malaysia, Vietnam. 3 year biz potential 4MM 8oz
Ecommerce: Lead AFH & Retail Ecom penetration development across major NASEA markets
**Qualifications/Requirements**:**
Key Skills/Experience Required**:
**Essential Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum, ideally in Business or Marketing
- 8+ years marketing / business development experience
- Good knowledge of Marketing and Sales or Channel Management, with working knowledge of Operations and Finance
- Experience managing large customers
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organization
- Experience translating strategies into plans that can be effectively executed
- Strong negotiation, influencing and people management skills - ability to engage/motivate colleagues and stakeholders behind a project.
- A good strategic thinker with business acumen and ability to partner with senior level executives and across all levels of the organisations
