**Job Summary**
- Provide guidance and coaching to associates and managers in a unit/site on all HR programs i.e., performance management, career conversations, total reward, employee engagement, managing conflict & grievances etc.
- Create value to the unit/site support by translating the business needs in effectively attract, engage, build and retain talents in the Organization.
- Enhance associate's engagement through deployment of HR programs and partnering various ARG in delivering the outcome
- Deliver/execute HR imperatives that support the business needs in Thailand and Vietnam
- Consult & Coach managers in attracting, retaining, developing talent for Organization & Team effectiveness.
- Support and collaborate with managers on Strategic Org Planning, assess & identifying future talent & capability needs/gap of the organization, work on executing the workforce plan and strategy in line with the future strategic imperatives.
- Be the escalation point for associates & managers on performance management, career conversation, talent selection, talent movement, Retire/Rehire, employee relations issues
- Promote & enhance user adoption of HR programs by providing country/site insights, partnering and optimizing support from HR Service delivery and COE team
- Accountable to drive agreed HR metrics in delivering overall HR program effectiveness, track & report the progress of all development & strategic Org actions plans
- Ensure compliance, fairness & equity in all the HR policies, Benefits & incentives programs. Keep updated with market trend/insights to ensure BD remain competitive in market
- Lead and manage change management principles to drive large scale change processes, facilitate & observe group dynamics to manage change program
- Establish a positive, engaging and conducive environment through structured communications and engagement with associates
**Preferred Requirements**
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in HR, preferably in MNC and Matrix Organization.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Ability to travel to Vietnam at least 25%
