- Within IT department, join the Support team to work in a multicultural company:
- Ensure availability and performance of production environments
- Coordinate and communicate operations with stakeholders
- Identify, log, prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve incidents
- Ensure compliance with policies and processes
- Be security compliant / have a good understand of security process
**Responsibilities**:
- Performs follow-up of issues and aims at reducing their occurrences.
- Be the main user of the monitoring system
- Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- Problem-solving attitude
- Reactivity, proactivity & discipline
- Strong team spirit
- Ability to be on 24/7 shifts
- Experience & good knowledge of Linux environments and Kubernetes
- Linux (Ubuntu) environments
- Understanding of Monitoring tools, alerts
- Kubernetes / Container environment experience is a plus
- Bash / Shell is a good to know
- Jira Service Management system
- Cloud concepts is a plus
- Good verbal/written communication skills
- English skill is a must
