**Your Role**

You are passionate about new technologies and digital innovation. You have already worked in an Agile environment driven by Time-To-Market, you communicate efficiently, are independent and able to make impactful significant proposals. Most importantly, you are someone who loves CODING

Junior & Intermediate: Within exciting projects, you will contribute to the development and testing phase. Support your teammates and participate in the architectural discussions with the support of your lead. You will be trained by our leads and mentors, and assist our customers in adopting the new architecture patterns imagined by Web giants:
Senior: Within exciting projects, you will initiate development projects, carry out scoping studies, implement architectures and write architecture documents. You will assist our customers in adopting the new architecture patterns imagined by Web giants. On these occasions, you will carry out code, performance and security audits as well as architecture studies.

Your responsibilities will be among the following:

- **Code Development**: Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- **Performance**: Ensure high performance and responsiveness to technical requests.
- **Agile Practices**: Participate in Agile/Scrum activities such as daily stand-ups, backlog management, demos, and retrospectives.
- **Full Lifecycle**: Oversee development, testing, maintenance, and support.
- **Mentorship**: Train, mentor, and guide team members to help them grow.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work as part of a cross-functional team delivering software according to Agile practices.
- **Code Quality**: Write maintainable and well-performing code and tests.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with team members and client stakeholders.

**Who You Are**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in software development.
- **Web Frameworks**: Proficient in at least one leading web front-end framework (React.js, Angular). Knowledge of React Native or a leading mobile framework (Flutter, iOS, Android) is appreciated.
- **HTML5**: Fluent in HTML5, including extensions like local storage and canvas.
- **Node.js**: Skilled in Node.js and integration with databases and frameworks like Express.
- **REST Services**: Deep understanding of REST services.
- **Relational Databases**: Proficient with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- **NoSQL Databases**: Familiar with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Cassandra, MongoDB).
- **Agile Development**: Familiar with Agile development practices.
- **Bonus Skills**: Knowledge of Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate.
- **CI/CD Tools**: Experienced with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, optionally Bamboo) and software craftsmanship (clean code, TDD, BDD, refactoring, code analysis).
- **Mobile Development**: Highly experienced in cross-platform mobile app development (Flutter/React Native).
- **REST API Development**: Experienced in REST API development with contemporary languages (Java, Kotlin, GoLang, Node.js).
- **English Proficiency**: Good written and verbal communication in English.
- **Assertiveness**: Able to voice disagreement or concerns.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills with a balance of idealism and pragmatism.
- **Curiosity**: Endlessly curious and thrives in a learning environment.
- **Agile Processes**: Understands Agile software development processes.
