The main responsibilities of the position include managing end user requests on a daily basis, deploying patches as needed, and handling IT Onsite activities including remote and telephone support, ticket issuing and monitoring. **Responsibilities**:
Serve as a backup for providing technical support to South East Asia (SEA) users at both L1 and L2
Offer assistance to VIP users as needed
Act as a member of the project team, contributing to the preparation of project documents
Oversee the deployment of Monthly Security patches and Middleware updates using CMCB/SCCM
Monitor and ensure compliance with IT security standards
Take responsibility for generating monthly reports on the status of IT security and CMCB deployment
Conduct training for end users
Identify, repair, and resolve technical issues related to computers, software, printers, and mobile devices
Perform hardware setup, maintenance, software installation, and activate company mobile devices

**Requirements**:
Hands on experience in user support (New graduates are welcome*)
Proficient in software and patches deployment, having knowledge of SCCM would be a plus
Experience with O365, Windows 10, MS Office, antivirus software, and mobile devices
Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Exchange, and Active Directory
Proficient in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
Ability to work both independently and in a team, a good team player
Proactive with a positive attitude and customer service skills
Capable of generating reports using provided data
Good English communication skills would be an advantage (Not mandatory)
