**About the Role**:
**We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced**Senior Procurement Officer** to join our ICT & Telecommunications Division. You will play a key role in managing procurement and logistics operations to support telecommunication projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate logistics for telecom equipment and materials.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Oversee transportation and delivery to project sites, ensuring safe and timely arrival.
- Control procurement budgets and optimize supply chain costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Prepare and manage procurement documentation (POs, invoices, delivery records).
- Provide reports on logistics performance and cost analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project and client needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics.
- Strong background in purchasing, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
