**Job Summary:**

The Plant Room Upgrade Sales Manager is responsible for sales planning, developing and pricing strategies, building and managing sales pipeline, and sales team training and development. He will lead a team of professionals that provide plant room upgrade solutions for HVAC/R customers. The Plant Room Upgrade Sales Manager directly reports to Service Leader. The Plant Room Upgrade Sales Manager works with Service and Parts Sales Manager, Fulfillment Manager and Service Support team to ensure strategies are executed accordingly and in timely manner

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for strategic planning, developing and achieving the order, sales, GM and Operating Income for the Plantroom Upgrade business
- 2. Monitor the effectiveness of the team against KPI making it ready for continues improvement.
- 3. Ensures the team are trained and capable to deliver the order and revenue plan, to improve the installed-base and acquired plant room upgrade projects according to strategy.
- 4. Manage weekly sales meetings, review of project pipeline status against monthly and annual order and revenue plan, and the customers’ account receivable.
- 5. Provides accurate and timely forecasting of orders and revenue with the details of how Sales team will support and achieve this.
- 6. Ensure team’s compliance with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Code of Ethics, and Trane Technologies set policies and procedures.
- 7. Evaluate business and project opportunities and develop recommendations for meeting objectives and overcoming challenges.
- 8. Mentor and coach direct reports and their teams to continuously upskill knowledge & competencies, selling skills.
- 9. Strong collaboration with other Business Streams & functional leaders within Trane Thailand team for greater inter
- departmental collaboration and cohesiveness.

10. Any other duties as deemed appropriate

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree from university or equivalent HVAC/R related experience.
- Demonstrates good communication skills to deal effectively with internal and external customers.
- Familiar or having basic knowledge of contract management, contracting & project fulfillment processes & requirements including M&V audit, cost estimation, mechanical & electrical basics, project management, tender etc.
- Must have a strong leadership background and must know how to handle and manage problems quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
- Preferably with strong customer base & strong business development skills
