Our client is a leading trading electronic part in Thailand.
**Responsibilities**
- Training and Development
- Developing training and development programs.
- Organizing staff training.
- Recruitment
- Handling the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, and job postings, and managing the hiring process.
- Handling evaluation process for the probation period.
- Company Activity
- Promoting employer branding.
- Conducting employee engagement activities.
- Supporting company activities.
- Conducting CSR activities and projects.
- Support Document
- Handling HR documents.
**Qualifications**
- Not over 26 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
- Work experience of 1-2 years in HRD and recruitment will be an advantage.
- Have basic knowledge of Labor law.
- Good Command of English.
**Benefits**
- 5 days working Mon-Fri (Flexible hours)
- Monthly Language allowance for English and Japanese (500 - 3,000 THB/ Month depending on TOEIC Score)
- Bonus payment twice a year (Jun/Dec) average 3.5 - 4 months/ year
