**Job Description** PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sales Administration & Team Support
- Sales enabling administration including contracts gathering and floorplan adjustments
- Oversight of budgets, maintaining accurate financial data for responsible brand(s)
- Oversight of sponsorship inventory both in the office and on show site
- Ensure customer queries are answered and/or resolved in a timely manner
- Manage the distribution of the exhibitor manual and be the point of contact for any queries
- Where required, support Event team in organisation of sales events e.g. lunch and learns
- Provide necessary forms for: sales, stand upsells, promo opportunities, catalogue (publishing events) and stand sharing forms for online customer tools
- Act as key liaison point with teams for queries
- Salesforce system support to sales teams
- Reporting, Data Analysis & Investigation
- Perform Salesforce reporting and ad-hoc reports as requested
- Where relevant manage integration of International Joint Venture reports
- Support Sales team with proactive insight and trend analysis
- Campaign Management
- Support to Sales teams and SF team to set up, assign and manage campaigns
- Manage the gathering of member lists / data for campaigns and QA- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Welcome fresh graduated
- Good command in English & Thai
- Illustrator Program (AI) will be a plus
- Excel will be a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
