As a Sales Support, you’ll partner closely with our sales team to ensure smooth operations throughout the sales process, from lead intake through contract execution, and build the skills needed to step into a Junior Sales Executive role within 6-18 months.

**What you will handle**:

- Track leads and traffic in CRM tools and ensure the completion of required information from leads and clients.
- Perform initial research on prospects (company size, products, customers, etc).
- Support an effective sales process by preparing and sending quotations, contracts, sales presentations, and service details.
- Coordinate with the internal team for approvals and follow up on sales process completion.
- Act as the liaison between sales, operations, finance, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and onboarding.
- Respond to basic product/service questions and escalate complex inquiries to senior reps.
- Keep customer records up‑to‑date through CRM tools to support the sales pipeline and follow‑up activities.
- Work closely with sales executives to understand the sales process, product& service, and Fastship’s customers
- You will be assigned to take on sales activities when necessary.

**What you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Sales support or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and local language, if relevant).
- Eagerness to learn sales techniques and sales activities. Interest in development toward individual sales targets.
- Attentive to detail, self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and work as a team.
- Proficient level of English communication is a plus.
- Familiarity with working and CRM tools, such as Zoho, Notion, Google Workspace
- Familiarity with sales documentation and sales process, such as quotation, invoice, and proposal
- Knowledge and experience with international trade, eCommerce platforms, or supply chain solutions is a plus
