The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Lead or assist in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation and closure
- Track progress and customize report with insightful recommendations of strategic projects
- Come up with new initiatives and assemble working team
- Coordination with team members both internally and externally to identify issues and follow up on solutions
- Manage ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues in hand
- Summarize and record data as a table and dashboard in Excel and able to present insights and suggested improvements
- Train and develop lead generation agent skill within team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or any related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experiences (experience as a Business Analyst or Project Management is a plus)
- Technical skill: Microsoft Excel (Advance), Microsoft Powerpoint
- Quick learning, adaptive and flexible
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Good communication both verbal and written in Thai and English
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Be able to think logically
