The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Measure and track team’s key performances and report generating by using appropriate tools and techniques for Lead generation and Sales acquisition team (LG / SA)
- Work closely with internal team to roll-out new projects aligning to current strategies, develop project measurements, managing timeline, and project executions
- Work closely with internal and external teams to improve on commercial supporting programs; including but not limited to Online Marketing tools, on Shopee platform marketing tools, and other special seller centric programs
- Leverage on logical thinking to optimize working processes, provide and execute solutions to improvements in operational and commercial aspects
- Creating sub-account for NSF sellers in monthly basis
- Others assigned tasks depending on team priorities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree from top tier university in business/economics/engineering field is a plus
- Experience in management consulting and eCommerce is a plus
- Open-minded person and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced working environment
- Proficient in working with numbers is a plus (especially with MS Excel and Google spreadsheets
- Good communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written for Thai and English
