The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- To review and execute on change requests from sellers. (e.g. change shipping channel, screen seller listing)
- To complete assign tasks within a timely manner
- Able to adapt in a demanding environment to achieve own KPI
- Call out to seller to invite to join Operation Programs
- Ensure appeal and exemption decision are being made within appropriate guidelines
- Work in team and support other team members to achieve team’s KPI
- Escalate any situation as needed
- Report own performance to team leads
- Support on ad-hoc request business partners or other teams that have high impact

**Requirements**:

- Be able to read, write and speak in both English and Thai
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work under pressure
- 0 - 2 years of experience in jobs related to e-commerce, seller operations, modern trade, or logistic providers.
- High-proficiency in written language, some excel or data management skill set is a plus
