**Business**: A Leasing company focusing in motor leasing with experience in Thailand over 40 years.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic People Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving various HR initiatives to attract and retain top talent, enhance employer branding, foster employee engagement, and support the overall organizational culture. Through data analysis and counsel, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to optimize HR processes and drive business success.

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with workforce plans, budget, and objectives.
- Foster strong partnerships to enhance employer branding through strategic initiatives, streamlined processes, and impactful assessments.

**Employee Learning and Engagement**:

- Identify opportunities and challenges related to people management and develop an HR agenda that supports business objectives.
- Collaborate with employees and the Leadership team to drive performance and engagement aligned with the business strategy.
- Design and implement development projects and activities to meet employee expectations and support business goals through reward and recognition programs.

**HR Metrics and Analysis**:

- Analyze, design, and develop data-driven reports that meet the needs of both the business and employees, leveraging advanced analytics.
- Effectively communicate insights and recommendations within the organization, based on trends and actionable data, to drive informed decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Human Resource and Organization Management, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HRBP, Employee Engagement & Development, HR Metrics, and Performance Management Systems, with a proven track record of driving HR initiatives.
- Fluent communication skills in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Power BI, and advanced PowerPoint presentation skills are a plus.
- Strong people and relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate and positively influence employees at all levels.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvy, demonstrated through effective teamwork and multitasking.
- Inquisitive nature with a systematic and analytical background, showcasing meticulousness and conscientiousness in project leadership and results-driven approach.
- Business savvy, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with mínimal supervision.
