**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

This position will be the key HR business partner to the retail team in Thailand, this role will provide full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, C&B, HR support and employee related activities.

**Talent Acquisition**
- Partner with TA on recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, offering for retail populations.
- Partner with L&D team on orientation program for all populations, ensure all new joiners have a first class onboarding experience.

**Rewards**
- Assist on annual Performance Management Process for the retail populations, to create a strong feedback culture within the Maison.
- Participate on Salary Benchmarking and Salary Review, make proposals for the retail populations.
- Benchmark benefit & reward programs, review and make proposals for continuous improvement for retail populations.

**HR **Operation**
- Provide timely and efficient administration support for all new joiners and off-boarding procedures for leavers.
- Ensure all HR data is accurate and well maintained in SAP system.
- Ensure all HR data is submitted to payroll team according to schedule; work closely with payroll team to ensure all payments are well managed.
- Handle all employee related matters, such as employee relations, employee complaints, disciplinaries or other disruptions for all populations.

**Employee Engagement, CSR and Workplace Health & Safety**
- Plan the calendar for engagement, wellness, and CSR programs for all populations.
- Work together with Health, Safety & Security team to maintain Workplace Health and Safety program for all populations.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role or with full spectrum of human resource functions
- Fluent in Thai and English, both oral and writing
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and strategic mindset
- Able to handle matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
