**Strategic HR Planning**: Collaborate with SCG leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of these goals.
**Talent Acquisition and Management**: Lead the recruitment process for SCG, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. Develop talent management programs, including succession planning, training and development, and performance management.
**Employee Relations**: Provide guidance and support to SCG employees on HR policies, procedures, and issues. Resolve employee relations matters effectively and fairly.
**HR Analytics and Reporting**: Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improving SCG's workforce performance and productivity. Prepare regular HR reports for SCG management.
**Change Management**: Facilitate organizational change initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of change management plans that drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
**HR Compliance**: Ensure SCG's compliance with labor laws, regulations, and SCG HR policies. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR operations within SCG.
**Business Partnering**: Act as a trusted advisor to SCG leaders, providing HR guidance and support on various HR matters, including compensation and benefits, organizational design, and employee engagement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, Psychology, Political Science, Management, Economics or related fields.
Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550).
Having at least 2 years of experience in HR Business Partner.
Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations.
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
Ability to translate business needs into HR strategies and initiatives.
Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills.
Flexibility travel when required (able to work in province occasionally).
