Help initiate new ideas and projects to improve the overall talent acquisition process.
Support Talent Acquisition Manager on new recruitment system development.
Conduct new recruitment system training classes in both Thai and English versions.
Solve recruitment system-related issues for users.
Create monthly and yearly reports to track vacancy movements company wide.
End-to-end recruitment process as assigned.
Employer Branding.
Responsible for overall Employer Branding strategy for both Online and Offline channels to attract talents effectively.
Create communication campaigns and content for social media channels.
Explore and conduct industry benchmarking to ensure top employer brand image.

**Desired Skills and Experience**: -.
Bachelor s degree or higher in related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience and a proven track record in talent acquisition and employer branding.
Excellent communication skills - able to work with diverse groups of people.
Being strongly client focus and customer-service-oriented, and able to collaborate seamlessly across the company.
Flexible mindset and a team player.
Excellent in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
Fluent in English language.
