**Job Description**:

- To be the best Talent Acquisition partner with Business Unit- To be a trustable, reliable TA who can share and discuss the market trends and knowledge with the Line Manager- Handle end to end recruitment process from getting requirement to follow up after on board-
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiate employment terms- Manage onboarding and new hire processQualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- 1-3 years of recruiting experience is preferred- Good command in Thai and Chinese- Has high Self-Motivation and Ambition.- Able to work under pressure.- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust- Excellent organizational and time management skills
