Our Talent Acquisition (TA) team is expanding and currently searching for a new member to join our team. Although this is a Bangkok-based position, you will be gaining invaluable experience of global talent acquisition, identifying and placing talent for our 23 offices. Our Bangkok office is located conveniently in CBD area and easily accessible with any public transportation. You would find yourself in a multi-cultural and diverse environment.

**Job Summary**:
This position reports directly to our HR & Talent Acquisition Director.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drafting job descriptions
- Screening and interviewing applicants
- Arranging interviews and negotiating final offers
- Researching and contacting universities to promote HBA internship
- Organize HBA Internship program and be the point of contact for our interns

**Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you**:

- Bachelor’s degree of Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or any other related discipline
- **Have the right to work in Thailand as we DO NOT sponsor work permit.**:

- 2+ years of experience as a recruitment consultant or in-house talent acquisition specialist
- Proven record of successful job filling
- Previous recruitment experience in architectural / interior design / graphic design industry highly desirable
- Proficient in PPT, Microsoft word and excel
- Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills and able to work with various stakeholders with and outside of the company

**To be successful in the role you should also have**:

- Proven ability to meet tight project deadlines as you will be working on multiple job vacancies simultaneously
- Collaborative and enjoy working in team environments (both remotely and face-to-face)
- Strong organization and negotiation skills
