**Your Responsibilities**
- To analyze and identify upcoming needs and opportunities of selected customers in KAM and Sales & Marketing
- To provide analytics on customer development, market, sales and product data for internal stakeholders via IT platforms (TMFF, ABS, CLS/Power BI, CRM)
- To select target accounts for sales campaigns, according to lead management process
- To provide actionable insights to guide sales strategy of business development team in alignment with TLD teams (Align KAM & Sales and marketing teams by prioritizing products, lanes and countries
- To monitor, report and manage sales campaigns, TLD (ID,VN,DE,SG,CN), lead management and development and develop/utilize CRM reports/Dashboards for targets of business development division
- To actively shape long term strategies & improvement projects for internal/external stakeholders
- To receive internal, questions, concerns and suggestions from other departments and respond with guidance
- Assisting superior with reporting and coordination of requests from internal/external stakeholders
- Take ownership and coordinate individual projects
- To prepare meeting agenda, summary information and issues with proper solution before and after the meetings
- To issue MOM from department meetings and conduct internal improvement meetings across related departments
- To provide support in implementing solutions of selected customers
- Any special assignment by superior
**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
- 5 years in freight forwarding industry
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and mange time efficiently
- Strong ability to analyze data, statistics and translate result into better solutions
- Good experience in sales operations and management of sales projects
- Good experience in international logistics management
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power BI
- Excellent Knowledge in Customer Service and highly service minded mentality
