Exp.in business analyst for system implementation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

**Business & System Analyst for Human Capital Systems**: Gather and analyze requirements, review & obtain sign-off with the right stakeholders to ensure business objectives.
Design Human Capital processes & systems, including system functions/features, architecture, reports, access control, configuration & administration, etc.
Prioritize requirements & functions/features for the development (balance between business benefits & IT resource utilization).
Work collaboratively with relevant teams (i.e., Digital Experience team) in designing UX/UI and user journey.
Work collaboratively with IT Development teams to develop system and/or work with vendors (for external software).
Plan, manage, facilitate, and perform testing activities to ensure quality of the system, including conduct UAT for business users to test & accept/sign-off the delivered system.
Work with relevant teams to prepare and perform the deployment to Production, data migration, post go-live supports, maintenance & administration of the system.
Define change impact assessment of the new process & system to further define communication & training required.
Able to perform project management activities such as work planning, status tracking, issues/risks management, presentation and communication across teams.
Qualifications.
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT or related fields.
Experience in business analyst for system implementation projects with 2-3 years experience.
Strong in user requirements gathering, analysis, process & system design, and testing.
Experience in HR and/or Food & Beverage should be advantage.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, logical & conceptual thinking.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill.
Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure.
