**Your day at NTT DATA**

**What you'll be doing**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for FMCG business processes
- Work closely with clients to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team
- Collaborate with the NTT DATA Italy team and facilitate cross-country communication
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and prepare related documentation
- Support project implementation and post-go-live activities
- Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and status updates

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (FMCG industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with documentation tools and business analysis frameworks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cultures and time zones
