หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายเพื่อสนับสนุนงานขาย ให้คำแนะนำและให้ข้อมูลทางด้านเทคนิคของสินค้า
- อ่านเอกสารสเปคของสินค้าต่างๆภายในองค์กร สเปคสินค้างานประมูลต่างๆ
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องแต่ละฝ่ายให้สามารถส่งมอบบริการให้กับลูกค้าได้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วนตามกำหนดระยะเวลา
- จัดทำเอกสาร BOM(Bill of materials) และเอกสารนำเสนอโครงการ (Proposol)

- วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป วท.บ./วศบ.สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจพื้นฐานในด้าน Computer ด้าน IT
- มีทักษะและความสามารถในการสื่อสารข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิคให้มีความเข้าใจง่าย
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน Pre-Sales (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
