Head of Seller Marketing-thailand

- Department: Customer Service- Location: Thailand- Manage team of 10+ people in charge of below activities
- Strategize and roll-out branding and marketing activities to build strong consideration and preference of potential new sellers towards Lazada including media boosting optimization, search experience and KOL
activities
- Create pipeline of seller content to be used in marketing campaigns to both new and existing Lazada sellers including seller success stories, varieties and engaging educational content
- Plan and launch existing seller engagement activities to build seller preference and commitment towards Lazada platform including seller conferences, gifts, etc.
- Manage all seller communities, seller ambassadors and social media channels including FB group, FB page, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Line Group, YouTube and blog.
- Manage the operation of Graphics Designers
- Measure results and optimize budget allocation among above activities
**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in marketing and brand management
- Proven record of managing diverse team
- Strong logical thinking, have capability to structure problems, identify insights and act
- Strong ownership and self-driven, go extra miles, ensure high quality process and output
- Strong communication and stakeholder management with willingness to interact, share ideas and work with individuals from other departments/ventures
- Creativity and ideation
- Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Resourceful and can solve problem independently
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Experience with e-commerce or platform company is a plus
