Lazada Marketing Solutions team supports brands’ and sellers’ growth through our suite of solutions. As Head of Product Operations you will be shaping the user experience through every step of the advertising product design. At a high level, this role focuses on increasing efficiency and improving collaboration. You will be responsible for the product strategy and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining the product positioning, working with stakeholders to roll out the products to the market.**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the team of 3-4 people to streamline processes throughout each stage of advertising product development — from strategizing and ideating to planning, building, launching, and beyond.
- Shape the direction of Lazada’s Sponsored Solutions products and define the positioning of our complex product portfolios to point out opportunities to maximize advertising revenues.
- Improve cross-functional collaboration, set up process to document best practices and feedback, and track overall progress of product development.
- Consolidate Thailand’s quarterly product requests which are expected to increase ads revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the regional Product team and local Operations team to build new features request, to share feedbacks, and to plan the Go-to-Market strategies.
- Analyse product performance and present the comprehensive reports to the management team
- Stay on top of the latest best practices and consolidate them into easily accessible marketing blueprint for the sales and operations team to suggest the right media mix for brands and sellers.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with additional training in business is a big plus
- 5+ years of work experience in tech marketing, product management, media agency, or related.
- Leadership experience in an international environment and across multiple sites.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset-ability to synthesize feedback into product plan
- Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
- Highly motivated, adaptable, curious and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently. Communication in mandarin is desirable.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
