Our client is an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation. We are looking for Digital content.

**1. Driving tender strategy and maximizing the tender business potential.**
- Taking a leadership role to drive the tender business to optimize the revenue and profitability for relevant products/portfolios and in alignment with Country Goals.
- Developing medium to long-term plans to maximize the business potential.
- Building tender capability, process, and model that fits the company.
- Providing training to relevant colleagues to build the tender capability.

**2. Cross-functional team collaboration.**
- Building a cross-functional team and aligning the roles and responsibilities for tender management.
- Organizing regular meetings to plan principal tender bidding, track the status of current tenders, and follow up on other related tender affairs/initiatives.

**3. Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Market insight and knowledge management in the tender.**
- Gaining market insights into the tender landscape, and roles, and anticipating the trends.
- Engaging key external stakeholders to shape the tender environment and HCP education.
- Analyzing win rate, profitability, and tender portfolio.

**4. Tender planning, submission & competitiveness.**
- Developing a complete database of tender opportunities including bid details (scorecard, price)
- Utilizing tender database to build tender forecasts and local tender calendar.
- Proactive planning of major tenders and building the individual bidding strategy.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders (in and above market) and the appointed tender representative (distributor) to ensure submission of a complete set of bidding documents in due time and meeting tender requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science/ Pharmacy or higher.
- Knowledgeable in product specification, public procurement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with hospital pharmacy and regulatory and medical representatives is preferred.
- Language skills: Good command of English.
