We are looking for a passionate and driven **new graduate who are Chinese native** to join our Business Development team as a **Junior Analyst & Translator** who will help the **team find new opportunities, form partnerships, and drive growth initiatives** with our Chinese-speaking counterparts.

- **Conduct research** on Chinese companies, partners, markets, products, etc. as instructed by manager
- **Generate reports** on research and analysis
- **Communicate with Chinese counterparts** in both writing and speaking
- **Act as translator** for team members, managers and executives when required
- Gather and analyze data to **evaluate business performance and opportunities **both for internal and external companies
- **Support cross-functional teams** on operations related to Chinese speaking stakeholders

**Qualification**
- **Bachelor’s degree** or higher - business, engineering, and communications majors are preferred but not required
- **Native Mandarin** speaker; **fluent in writing, reading and speaking**:

- **Professional proficiency in Thai and/or English** (advantage if can do both)
- **0-3 years** of work experience
- Good knowledge of **vocabulary** used in manufacturing / engineering
- **Able to translate well in real-time**:

- Excellent **oral and written communication** skills
- Proficient in using **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proactive and able to work well with others
- Able to travel domestically and internationally
