**What youll do**:

- Coordinate with business user to gather requirement, process, policy and required information for designing.
- Propose, appropriate design and solution and set up system
- Coordinate with development team to complete solution
- Perform and prepare testing, training and data migration
- Support activities after Go-Live

**What were looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business administration, Information technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- Knowledge and skill in business process design.
- At least 2 years of work experience on Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
- Experience in HR Product or HR system.
- Have skill of analysis, logical thinking and problem solving, good communication & training skill
- Good teamwork with service mind.
- Can work as a team, must be able to work under pressure.
- Good command of English both spoken and written.
