**Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst**

**Role Overview**

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be the bridge between data and decision-making — turning complex datasets into actionable insights for business leaders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, track KPIs, and provide strategic analysis to drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (internal systems, external databases, market research).
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports for various business units.
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align data insights with strategic goals.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for data and reporting tools.
- Present findings clearly to both Thai and English-speaking stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data reporting (preferably in logistics, commerce, or tech sectors).
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with data visualization and translating data into business stories.
- Excellent communication skills in both **Thai and English**.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

**Preferred**
- Familiarity with SEA regional markets and cross-border business.
- Experience in startups, venture building, or high-growth environments.
