**Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - EAL**

**What You’ll Do**:
- Support students who are learning English as an additional language in both classroom and small group settings- Assist teachers in adapting and differentiating materials to meet language needs- Work closely with the EAL and class teachers to help students access the curriculum- Foster student confidence and independence in using English- Monitor and report on student progress, both academic and social- Encourage a positive, inclusive learning environment- Support students during transitions, playtimes, and other school activities when needed- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and events as required

**Who We’re Looking For**:
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written- Experience working with children, preferably in an international or bilingual school- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward student development- Team player with the ability to follow instructions and also take initiative- Understanding of cultural diversity and inclusive practices- Degree in Education or related field (preferred but not essential)
