**Responsibilities**:
- Install and configure computer servers, clients, hardware, software, systems, networks, and smart devices.
- Provide IT helpdesk support to investigate and resolve computer software and hardware faults.
- Communicate with and support end users to determine the nature of problems and provide solutions.
- Consult with business unit teams regarding change requests for corporate IT infrastructure.
- Assist IT audit and security teams in investigating and problem-solving.
- Improve IT documents, manuals, training materials, checklists, reports, etc.
- Provide support through the IT inquiry hotline and emergency onsite assistance during non-working hours or holidays.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience preferred in the IT business field.
- Full working rights in Thailand.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Logical thinking and energetic approach to tasks.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge, including IT and security concepts, experience with security patching, O365, cloud platforms, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal skills, high level of responsibility, hardworking attitude, self-initiative, enthusiasm, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work after office hours or during holidays if required.
