**Principal responsibilities**
- Responsible for relationship management of own client portfolio and drive revenue growth sustainably, through expanding current businesses and creating new opportunities, while meeting or exceeding risk and return requirements
- Focus on Local corporate customer segments through understanding in-depth the Thailand market, using well-built local network and access, and identifying new growth opportunities
- Manage work and support resources effectively in order to increase quality and frequency of client visits
- Collaborate with colleagues and relevant stakeholders to deliver appropriate solutions for customers
- Deepen understanding of client businesses, through pro-active credit risk assessments, customer due diligence reviews, and industry knowledge build-up, in order to gain customer insights, enrich conversations, and deliver suitable client solutions
- Manage financial crime risk throughout the client lifecycle by identifying, assessing, accepting, monitoring, escalating and mitigating risks
- Ensure adherence to all applicable operational risks in accordance to HSBC standards and policies, as well as reporting any breaches in accordance with local procedures
- Keep abreast of developments, products and services from HSBC, competitors and market changes
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Banking and/or Finance or related field
- 8 to 10-year work experience in relationship management and/or credit analysis in banking field
- Possess well-built local network and have in-depth knowledge of the Thailand market, essential to penetrate the MME segment
- Proven record in people leadership, commercial success, decision making skills in a highly competitive environment
