**Job Description Summary**: The Service OTR (Order to Remittance) Specialist owns the wing
- to
- wing order management and fulfillment primarily for Upgrades and Solutions for ASEAN countries. The role will ensure excellence on processes and execution in order entry and revenue recognition. You will provide strong business partnership to regional service commercial and operations team as well as to cross functional organizations including Factory, Finance, Equipment OTR, HPM among others.

**Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Ensure high quality OTR processes (order entry, technical order classification, financial order classification, order management, invoicing)
- Order management in Oracle and related systems
- Own the logistics, shipment tracking and oversee the order fulfilment for ASEAN (including occasional demo equipment dispatch and recovery), until handover to local country teams to complete the last mile delivery.
- Inventory management for respective countries / accounts, including forecasting.
- Support sourcing and replenishment activities for order fulfilment and stocking
- Ensure on-time revenue recognition and accurate customer invoicing.
- Resolution of all invoicing issues with external / internal parties (i.e. Finance)
- Address all queries and ensure correspondence with internal and external customers on all topics related to Order Management and Invoicing, including collaborating with factory teams (OFS) in providing necessary COO / shipping documents for clearance processing.
- Tracking & reporting as required
- Work in compliance with the documented quality system and report any anomalies.
- Effectively manage and prioritize all responsibilities with mínimal supervision.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 3-5 years of experience in operations and or OTR responsibilities or relevant field
- Assertive and with strong sense of urgency to be able to deliver the task on time
- Experience with Oracle system and funnel management tool Salesforce is a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Effective communicator; ability to communicate within different levels in organization between different countries and nationalities
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple functional owners / teams
- Proven effective decision-making capabilities; ability to work under high pressure environment
- Ability to manage all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction, and relevant contractual commitment
- Ability to adopt changes to systems and processes, including identifying opportunities to simplify to drive productivity in operations
