Position Summary

Manage income, customer territory, supplier handling, inventory management and others task assigned by superior to achieve targets settled by Company. Lead engineering plastic business by setting the sales activity and also sales strategy in order to drive business growth of responsible segmentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead sales activities and opportunities development for the assigned segmentation to achieve the income budget growth target agreed by company.
- Identify, establish and analyses market information in order to explore potential opportunity for new business development to achieve agreed budget.
- Conduct customers visit in order to maintain service, relationship as well as to update market information in order to secure our existing business and improve our competitiveness.
- Support and provide troubleshooting for customer complaint to ensure problem is solved.
- Contact, response inquiry and arrange customer visit plan for assigned supplier.
- Response to input visit report, forecast and new opportunity report into company system in order to consolidate market information and achieve target setting by company.
- Response to follow up on all sales made by monitoring and ensuring all collections are within credit terms granted by the Company.
- Response to comply with the Company's Quality Management System, and EHS policies, procedures, management programs and work instructions in order to ensure the working procedure rely on company policy.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by Superior in order to achieve team goal.
- Analyze customer’s inquiry for price calculation in order to maximize income by cost structure of the quotation.
- Manage inventory of own account and support superior for other products to ensure smooth supply to customer and storage time is rely on company policy.
- Provide supported data and propose idea to superior in order to set business growth plan for the assigned section.

Required qualifications
- A university graduate in Science, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
- Min. 6 years’ Experience in sales & marketing preferably in engineering plastic will be an advantage.
- Fair command of English and computer literacy.
- Strong sales acumen and self-motivation.
- Own transportation and able to go upcountry.
