Position Summary

Manage income, customers territory, supplier handling, inventory management and others task assigned by superior to achieve targets settled by Company.

**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities.

**1. Operational**

1.1 Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistic and related parties to ensure smooth and continuous improvement of order process, delivery services to meet and surpass Customer expectations.

1.2 Implement sales activities and opportunities development for the assigned products and customer territory to achieve the income budget growth target agreed by company.

1.3 Perform market survey when necessary or upon request by Sales Manager, proactively investigate & regularly update market intelligence relating to assigned product and business area and keep Sales/Department Manager informed.

1.4 Prepare annual sales plan, profit forecast, territory management plan, provide projection to supervisor

1.5 Coordinate & prepare Supplier visits, seminars and customer appointments by providing customer background and business activity details.

1.6 Project necessary inventory level for each product/business situation to ensure efficiency, reliability and optimized inventory level.

1.7 Capable communication & presentation to supplier & customer

1.8 Continually improve the relationship with our AB customers and project accounts by providing technical and commercial support and innovative solutions.

1.9 Lead sales activities and opportunities development for the assigned segmentation to achieve the income budget growth target agreed by company.

1.10 To Plan and conduct technical seminars or solution/product demonstration to prospective customer in a professional and high quality manner

1.11Support and provide troubleshooting for customer complaint to ensure problem is solved

1.12 QEHS
- To comply with all relevant QEHS legal and other requirements associated with the job functions and responsibilities.
- To comply with all QEHS requirements affecting sales/operations, including those affecting the customers, suppliers and contractors supplying and serving the departments.
- To ensure full participation from sub-ordinates in QEHS programs.
- To participate in QEHS programs.
- To follow the QEHS procedures and work instructions.

**2. Commercial**

2.1 Prepare annual sales & profit forecast, provide projection to Sales

Manager.

2.2 Analyze customer inquiry for price calculation in order to maximize cost

structure of our quotation.

2.3 Screening customer financial ability & ensure customer payment on

time

2.4 Coordinate and discuss with Suppliers for technical & commercial

Issues to develop business benefiting both parties. Price negotiations under

the guidance of Department Management/ Sales Manager

2.5 Manage inventory of own account and support Sales Manager for other

products to ensure smooth supply to customer and storage time is rely on

company policy

Required qualifications

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary, Animal Science or other related degree.
- 3-5 years experience as Technical sales in swine farms
- The incumbent must possess strong knowledge in animal nutritional and health products.
- Proficient in English skill, both speaking and writing.
- Proficient using Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong sales acumen and self-motivation.
- Background in MNC environment is a plus.
- Own transportation with valid driving license and be able to work in up-country.
