The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. **About the Team**:

- As the Marketing Lead for our food delivery platform in Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and driving customer acquisition and retention strategies. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals to execute innovative campaigns, and optimize marketing channels to achieve business objectives. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership will be instrumental in propelling our platform to the forefront of the competitive food delivery landscape in Thailand.**Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy**:

- Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, offline, and partnerships.

**Brand Management**:

- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
- Monitor brand health metrics and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and perception.

**Customer Acquisition and Retention**:

- Lead efforts to acquire new customers through targeted campaigns, promotions, and referral programs.
- Develop retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value, including personalized communication and rewards programs.

**Market Insights**:

- Utilize data analytics to track and analyze marketing performance, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members to ensure individual and collective success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in the food delivery, e-commerce, or technology sector.
- Deep understanding of the Thai market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
- Fluency in Thai and English languages.
