**Title**:Product Manager (Loan/Lending Product)**:

- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new and existing loan products.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business goals.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and documentation.
- Launch and test new products and features along with measuring their impact on key metrics such as conversion, retention, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze data, feedback, and user behavior to identify and prioritize product enhancements and optimizations.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and customers.
- Establish and develop operational guidelines and criteria for the products.
- Study and analyze the impacts of changes in the banking industry and regulations on the products to ensure that the products meet the criteria and conditions set by relevant regulators, such as BOT, OCPB, Visa, and Mastercard.

**Job Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in banking, finance, business management or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in banking or financial product management, preferably in loan, lending or credit product.
- Require strong knowledge of banking or financial product, such as loan, lending or other credit products.
- Require strong knowledge of banking and financial business process management.
- Proven ability to execute the full product development cycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to drive product decisions.
