- This position will be responsible for driving the success of our Nutrition and Supplement products throughout their lifecycle.
**Responsibilities**
- Developing and executing product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and market opportunities. Identifying growth areas and prioritizing product development initiatives.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Utilizing data and insights to make informed product decisions.
- Collaborating with R&D teams to define product specifications, features, and timelines. Ensuring products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through product launch and post-market surveillance. Developing and executing product launch plans.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance, to ensure alignment and successful product commercialization.
- Staying currently with pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines. Collaborating with Regulatory Affairs to ensure products meet all compliance requirements.
- Developing and managing product budgets, pricing strategies, and forecasts. Monitoring product profitability and taking necessary actions to optimize financial performance.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and customers to gather feedback and insights for product improvement.
- Analyzing product performance data, sales metrics, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to product strategies.
- Developing training materials and provide training to internal teams, including Sales and Customer Support, to ensure a deep understanding of product features and benefits.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical product management, with a track record of successful product launches.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Able to communicate in English.
