**How you will create an impact**
- Support the Head of Accident and Health and UW in the development and planning of the product roadmap and defining the overall product strategy for the business.
- Support the Head of Accident and Health in management of the product development process including product/committee approvals, business case documentation, developing project timelines and working with other functional stakeholders to fulfill all product development tasks and deliverables for launch.
- Lead product development for new/renewal product to all distribution channels.
- Understand market factor, Strategic opportunities, provide product analysis and support all customers segmentation.
- Provide data and research support proposal to actuarial.
- Provide market comparison and propose product ideas.
- Manage the conversation of high-level business requirements.
- Coordinate with all related functions to establish work procedure and practice to ensure smooth implementation before product launching.
- Review and assist in delivery of product materials, functional specifications, training materials, guidelines and procedures relating to product development.
- Lead and manage ad-hoc projects related to product development as assigned by management.
- Support analyzes product information and market data for management and distribute for related departments.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Proven relevant experience in A&H insurance, solid product knowledge.
- Degree holder in Actuarial, Marketing, Business Administration or related.
- Team player with experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication / presentation skills and the ability to build relationships is a must.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook
