**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Provides operations management supporting including facilitating elements of business unit or function management review processes and systems; operational support for overall financial performance; revenue/profit performance analysis; account growth and erosion analysis; cost and expense budget management/analysis; working with the business to analyze and optimize operations for peak performance; and analysis of key initiatives and gaps.
- Additional responsibilities can include development and management of business processes including quality assurance, business controls and procedures; client satisfaction deployment and ratings; plan administration; and outreach to geographies and global counterparts to advance standard processes and deliverables.
- Employees in this role can be evaluated in a variety of ways via measures such as client satisfaction, process performance and satisfactory audits.
- Management: Define and execute management system for Country Leader e.g overall management system, cadence, closing business reviews, AdHoc review including guidance on focus items, outcomes, templates, frequency, ensuring quality of the outcomes and set up of repositories.Operational support at the Client unit level and above (WW/Geo/Market).
- Strategy: Lead and integrate Fall Plan process, with focus on business strategy. Represent Country leadership towards other Shared Services (e.g Q2C, CIO WFM, L&K etc.)
- Sales: Sales Cadence, Sales Productivity and management. Sales pipeline management system including weekly reporting, analysis to identify/address challenges and drive improvements in sales also pipeline hygiene.
- Incentive enablement: Provide guidance and oversight for end to end quota setting for sellers/non sellers, process incremental incentives programs where applicable, act as an escalation point within incentives process.
- Account Focus/Forecasting & RM: Work closely with Finance for forecasting (revenue, cost, GP) and roadmaps (risks/opportunities). Define, drive and follow up improvement actions, execute/project manage some of the roadmap items.
- Forecast might include matrix teaming Vended and IRM Spend, Cost take out, headcount forecast, Advance delivery, which required to work closely with Leaders, first line managers and extended team in order to push for action & Kyndryl Thailand/Vietnam business leveraging standard, automated, and trusted data-based management system focused on analytics, action, and decision making.
- Define, execute, and continuously improve the Thailand/Vietnam management system on behalf of the Kyndryl Leader & aligned to top-down direction from WW.
- Serve as trusted advisor on business performance.
- Proactively make recommendations based on data analysis.
- Lead initiatives to improve performance.
- Collaborate with multiple departments such as Sales, Delivery, marketing, HR, Learning, WFM, Finance, CIC and Q2C.
